Firmware stuck M201

Post by tiriacu » Fri Jul 29, 2016 1:21 am

Hello,
I have a problem with firmware on M201.
Sometimes the firmware get stuck , I have no response from M201 board.
In repetitier host it says communication timeout.
I have tried to print from SD , but it gets worse, the machine prints fine for a while and afterwards it jumps on vertical without any reason. I have verified Gcode file and it is okay.
I mention that the size of the printed object is large, 280 x210x155mm.After slicing its dimension is 32MB.
I mention here that I tried different slicers Cura, Slic3r, Craftware.
The firmware from electronics card was updated to version 1.0.5.
Can anybody help me with this ?

1.Did you mean you cann't connect to repetier host or repetier host has a delay when you send a command?
2.The object is so large...It will cost too much time to complete it for the printer, and the motor may be overheating then caused the jumping.Did the accident happen on a smaller object?
