Power Supply did not work

Post by bridger » Sun May 15, 2016 2:20 am

Hello,

Out of the box my power supply did not work. I wired it correctly but it is not working. There is 110v supplied to it but the fan does not run, the LED does not light up, and there is nothing on the output of the device where I should be getting the 12v. Can I please get a new one?

Hello,

This one must have slipped past your inspection. It is wired correctly. There is no voltage on the output, but there is definitely 120v on the input. I tested it with a volt meter. I know that in the picture the power cord is not plugged in but I did have it in and it was not working. I had to borrow a cord from another appliance because I was also sent the wrong cord. I needed the one to use in the US.

The wires in the middle are negative 12v wires, the black in on the back side.

Hello,

I am also missing the fittings for the bottom of my two extruders (I have the m201).

I need them for the tubing to fit into so I can get the filaments to the hotend.

See, I am holding the tube in the air. There is nothing for it to attach to and all of your pictures show that there is supposed to be those fittings for the tube.

Hello bridger,

Excuse me, I use Google Translator to translate the text of the forum in French, because I'm not bilingual. Thank you for your understanding and indulgence! This is William Kwok, a forum moderator suggests me to proceed in this manner.

I bought a 3D printer Geeetech Rostock 301 (waiting to receive it) and I am informed about it. The suite is in French to reduce inconsistencies multiple translations ...

Bonjour bridger,
