Power Supply did not work
Power Supply did not work
Hello,
Out of the box my power supply did not work. I wired it correctly but it is not working. There is 110v supplied to it but the fan does not run, the LED does not light up, and there is nothing on the output of the device where I should be getting the 12v. Can I please get a new one?

Re: Power Supply did not work
Hello,
This one must have slipped past your inspection. It is wired correctly. There is no voltage on the output, but there is definitely 120v on the input. I tested it with a volt meter. I know that in the picture the power cord is not plugged in but I did have it in and it was not working. I had to borrow a cord from another appliance because I was also sent the wrong cord. I needed the one to use in the US.

Hello,
I am also missing the fittings for the bottom of my two extruders (I have the m201). I need them for the tubing to fit into so I can get the filaments to the hotend. See, I am holding the tube in the air. There is nothing for it to attach to and all of your pictures show that there is supposed to be those fittings for the tube.
