Loosing the USB connection and the print stops

Hi,

I have the following issue with my Geeetech Prusa I3 C Dual extruder:

When I launch a print via USB, the USB connection fails after usually 5-10minutes and the print stops. I have to disconnect and reconnect again to be able to get back the control of the printer. Note that it also messes all the USB devices connected to my computer such as the mouse. Also, even if 90% of the failures happen during a print, it also happens that the connection fails when nothing is printing.

The printer works fine when the USB wire is disconnected and I m printing from the SD card.

The wires all seem to be functional and well connected.

Any idea on what could be going on?

is your baud rate correct? and the USB cable, could it be a bad contact? how about change another USB cable?
