Assembly wasn't a problem. Firmware wasn't an issue either. Now I am trying to home the printer for the first time. I was able to get the height set and even homed all three points. Once I go back to the center point the print head doesn't touch the bed, so it is concave. I adjusted the DELTA_SMOOTH_ROD_OFFSET up two levels and it finally touches the center. Problem is now the other three points no longer touch. So I went thru the process again and the same results.
Can anyone help me with understanding this?

Can you offset by fractions? Such as 2.1?
Re: Homing Rostock Mini G2s
yes no problem, I thought it can only use integers as you before, but the truth is, both will work.
