PleasMeCreator Print moves in a certain height and come back

I had the printer for about a year now and i finally got it set up to the point where it prints well. but every print at a certain height it moves few mm to the left and then come back to its original spot. this has been the save with every print when the Z axis is at a certain spot it moves and then back. i thought it was the control board so i swapped it with a RAMPS 1.4 did the same so i switch back to what it came with, and even tried different slicing programs and now im out of options. the threaded rod for the Z is straight at least from what i can eyeball and i heard if i relieve the tension from the top and if the rod is bent it wont move so i even took the top supports off and printed, but now im out of options. All the belts are tight all screws are tight and intact

I was thinking about the Z axis threaded rod but you said it is straight...
