AUTO BED LEVELLING

When I run bed levelling, where are the parameters stored?
When should I run the G29 bed levelling command?......Every time I switch on the machine??

yeah theoretically you're right, and every time you need to put down the probe with your hand quick enough and hook up the probe in time when it's finished, or you'll get wierd behaviours like crash or something else. And if you don't want to use it, remember to delete the G29 form the slic3r settings or you'll carsh your printer too!
