Print quality prusa i3 x

Has anyone printed smooth good quality prints with this printer? If so what were your settings/program used to do it?

Might want to try to reduce the z-wobble (just google it) which will help. I drilled out the top bracket (be careful not to crack it) to allow the screw rods more room to move and that helped.
