Firmware Files for Me Creator

Hello all,

I recently purchased an Me Creator. Upon starting everything up I found that the extruder was not heating and the thermistor read 0C. I verified all connection were correct as well as power supply output. I then determined it was a firmware issue and decided to try and recreate the Me Creator firmware from just the basic Marlin firmware download. It works fairly well but I have a few problems I don't have time to trouble shoot. Can someone send me the Me Creator firmware for the Sanguinololu Rev 1.3a board? I have sent multiple emails to Geeetech technical support and have received no response. My email is jsinc12@aol.com.

I have a Mecreator with RAMPS + Arduino, do you have the Marlin for it?
If I wanted to connect an LCD, do I have to do any modification to the Marlin?
