I think this is the problem, you can not use sanguino firmware for GT2560. what's your printer type? I'll attach the firmware for you.

prusa i3b, i did change the board type to ramps 1.4 in marlin, if i used the sanguino board type it will give me an error which im unable to upload let alone connect to the board with pronterface. there is nothing wrong using a firmware configured for that machine and i just have to change the board type if i wanna use different board
