Yes, we had all this working fine until you guys sent me a new hotend, now the printer prints like garbage so we are redoing all calibrations.

Did the PC recognise the COM port or not?

Yes, All we did was change out the Hot End that you guys replaced. The printer was printing pretty flawlessly before we switched it out. Now it's printing like garbage.

What would the latest version of audrino do for me. The problem we are having now is this.

After putting on a new hot end the E step do not seem dictate the rate at which the filament goes through. The original firmware E step (before the new hot end) settings were set to 95. When using that setting and extruding 100 mm the filament only measured that it extruded 27 mm. I tried doubling the E steps in the firmware and I could see the motor turning faster but the same amount of filament was extruded. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
The printer was printing perfect until the hot end went. All we did was put a new hot end on.

If you remove the giude tube, and do not plug the filament into the hotend, manually extrude 100mm, how about the actual extrude length?
And check the driver subdivision of the extruder see if they are correct.
