BELT DRAG ON X AXIS

The belt passageway is way too small...
The belt drags on the fixing wrap of the belt...causing skipping and miss alignment...
solution ....move the belt attachment away from the area...widen the belt gap

result smooth operation regardless of belt tension...no jumping...perfect prints every time...

Ah ha ha your server doesn't allow max size on iPhone pictures 3264 x 2448...nor large at 1280 x 1280..you guys cheap out at 1000 x 1000 pixels ...in an organization that communiqués with the public...you certainly don't make it easy...yes I do chew your ass because of the lack of proper customer service except through this forum...you know ... it would behoove you to have site where all the software ad solutions are easily accessible and categorized...instead of having to search through this forum to find answers...but that would be too smart....even your Facebook page is better than this..all your getting is medium...you guys need to step up a notch...or two.
