Rostock mini G2s Auto Leveling Probe

I am nearly complete with my assembly, but I noticed a potential problem. It appear that the Auto Leveling Probe does not extend down below the hotend. It looks like the hotend nozzle will hit the bed before the probe. Did I assemble something wrong or is the probe too short? See the attached pictures.

hi,guys,you forgot to put down the probe when auto leveling,when finish auto leveling ,please remember to hook up it.Referring to the link:http://www.geeetech.com/wiki/index.php/ ... o-leveling

As shown in the picture the probe is down. and it still does not extend down below the nozzle. Did I assemble something wrong or is the probe too short?

maybe you have inversed the the the half bracket,look at the picture,this is the right assembly.

Not to hijack this thread, but my mini G2S came without the probe or the limit switch even though it states it has autoleveling when i purchased it and it shows on my parts list, can anyone give me the dimensions of the rod so that i can make one?

I have the same problem, was it was it the case of an "inversed half bracket"? Or was it something else before i go ahead and disassemble

yes, once I ran into this problem too.

Did you solve it by tuning around the half bracket?

It shoul be assembled as the picture shows, I reassembled it before.
