X,Y, & Z axis motors do not move in manual control
X,Y, & Z axis motors do not move in manual control
I have now completed the assembly of the Geeetech I3 Pro B.
This has only GT2560 Control Board. I have downloaded the Repetier-Host GEEETech V0.09D
program. I am only able to make the motors move to the home position from the LCD display (Auto home).
I am not able to control the motors manually from the manual control in the program.
The display shows extruder at 0 degree, the HOT BED at 24 degrees. Err: MINTEMP. FR: 100%.
Please can you explain what are the issues at present and what needs to be done to resolve these issues.
Thanks
Vijay

Re: X,Y, & Z axis motors do not move in manual control
When LCD displays "0/0", the corresponding thermistor is not well connected to mainboard, or it is plug to the wrong slot.
"Err: min temp" means extruder thermistor is not well connected.
"Err: min bed temp" means hot bed thermistor is not well connected.
You must let all the axes auto home if you want to control x, y, z separately.
Could you please take a picture of your mainboard with wiring, let me check for you.

Hi Zhang,
Thanks for the response, forwarding the wiring pictures. I have removed
the LCD and SD card cable for better view.

hi,according to your describe, the motor do not turn because it could not read the temperature correctly.please replug the thermistor wire and tighten it.
