Maybe they are broken during transportation, because we had all the parts checked before sending. Please take a picture and send it to me.
We will resend those broken parts as fast as we can.

I had a similar problem where the linear bearings would not go on the smooth rods, the diameter of the smooth rods were out of spec and too big for the bearings, luckily I had a lathe at my disposal and was able to machine the rods down to a usable diameter.
