Both extruders on i3 pro C dual extruder not working

I have tried most things mentioned. The motors are good and run on z position. Have the temperature at 200c and still nothing. Support gave me a firmware file for single extruder I3 pro b that did not work either.could it be the ramp? or the gt2650? or firmware?

Ok, I am trying to upload it and this is what I am getting

it means that you do not burn the firmware successfully.Please turn on the power(PSU) when you burn the firmware.There are too many electronics components on the control board ,so it need more power to burn the firmware.

There is an obvious problem, I too have a PRO C with dual extruders, and neither extruder works correctly. I have the GT2560 Rev A as well, and 2 stepper controllers were dead, replaced with drv8825 and set it to 1/16 step and it still doesn't work. Tested on ramps 1.4 and they work fine. The GT2560 has A LOT of bad solder joints (at least mine does). The foreign trade manager is aware, the new firmware she sent me still does not work. I need a working FIRMWARE!
