Print will not start

I got my a4988 today and all axis are working. I can control them. The heat bed is not getting up to temp. and I have tried printing with both heat bed on and off. the extruder gets up to temp, I can control it in repetier, but it will not print. When I click to start print it just says print is finished.

what's type of the printer and control board.Maybe the g-code goes wrong,i will send you the right g-code.

I have been able to print now, I figured it out, but the second extruder heats and will not extrude. I was sent an email from Melody at geeetech and told to flash the firmware. I am now trying to figure out how to do that. Supposedly that might fix the second extruder?

this is guidance for how to set up for dual extruder.
