Motors moving only to home

Board RUMBA with DRV8825 for printer Leapfrog Creatr.
All axises goes only to home (do not move + / - ) in manual control.
What must I do?

Could you take a photo of LCD.i 'd like to see what LCD shows.

hi,do LCD panel display any error such as MINTEMP error or MAXTEMP error?please do the following steps.
1.Click "emergency stop" in the repetier-host.
2.Reconnect the wire to controlboard.please plug the wire to into the slot firmly.
3.Restart the printer.

My printer does not have an LCD display. Currently, board removed from the printer. I'm trying to run it, just by connecting the stepper motor and mechanical endstop.
