temperature issue dual extruder

It seems that only hot bed thermistor is fine.
Now, please confirm something:
1. What is LCD displaying when no thermistor is plugged? If it displays "0/0, 0/0, 0/0", I think extruder0 thermistor and extruder1 thermistor is not good, you can prove it by doint this: Plug extruder0/1 thermistor to hotbed thermistor slot, if the second row of LCD displays "ambiant temperature/0", the extruder thermistor is fine.

2. If it still displays"68/0, 76/0,0/0" when no thermistor is plugged, please check if somewhere of mianboard is short circuit.

I don't know how to verify short circuit.
Please send me new mainboard asap!!!
