According to the pictures, the Acrylic is smaller than hot bed, the distance between the center of hole is about 20.87cm. We are so sorry about that. Could you please contact the seller your issues.

I have contacted the seller. What should I do now? Ask for a replacement with properly drilled holes that match?

It's probably your extruder head holder warping. It's an issue with these as they are printed in pla and warp in the heat. Change out the holder and you may be okay.

The problem exists when the extruder is not being heated, just the bed. So, I don't think it is a problem with the extruder holder.x306xcptnkirk wrote:It's probably your extruder head holder warping.
