Re: No LCD when turning on printer
I have since removed my driver board to inspect it. I have placed one driver back in it to show you how they were installed. I found a darker spot on the board. It may have been either dirt or something else. It was cleaned off relatively easy.

You mainboard looks fine. I can see the "darker spot" you called.
The switch 1and 2 should bed off if you use DRV8825.

I don't believe that was in any materials posted on the wiki. I did some more checking and my 5a fuse on the board is blown and no current is flowing through it. Would the 1 and 2 being switched on blow my fuse? What type of fuse does it take and where can I pick one up?

I think the 5A fuse is dead, that fuse exactly controls the LCD. You can search "LFT 10A" on AliExpress, usually the max voltage for this kind of fuse can reach more than 100V.

Lft 10A does not come up with anything on aliexpress. Should I put in a 10Amp fuse? Or just replace it with a 5amp? Will these fuses work? They look very similar

What would cause the fuse to blow? How can I prevent it in the future?

Short circuit or over high current may cuase the fuse broken.
I suggest the first one fuse with 10A is better, I think it cant' be broken after you change a 10A fuse.
