Motors not running; lcd screen is faint

As i power on my printer, i connect the USB as well as turn it on, The screen is faint, and the motors wont move. Thinking it has to do with the power being put in by the usb. Is it that or something else.

My mainboard is

Maybe it's contrast issue. Rotate the screw above SD card slot, you can see the change on LCD. If it does not work, please swap the connection of 2 cables on the back side of LCD.
Firstly, the baud rate should be 250000.
If you want to control the motor separately, you should let all the axis autohome first.
