Getech, please provide some information on how to calibrate the level on the dual extruders and the bed!!!

There is no information regarding this situation.

There are 4 screw on 4 corners of hot bed, you can level the bed by rotating them.

Well, of course I know there are 4 screws at the corners of the bed! The problem is that with the dual extruders it is nearly impossible to get both extruders level with the bed.

What procedure do you guys use to get BOTH extruders level with the bed!!!???? If one extruder is lower than the other with respect to the bed it rips appart the piece when it moves. And my extruders came one lower than the other.

Hmmmmm, it's hard to describe. At present you can calibrate the nozzle height by rotating these 2 screws:

I'm having the same issue. Its almost impossible to get both head level. The problem is that the extruder part is also screw type and every time we adjust the feed screw the heating block is facing another direction although the head is aligned. So to get the heating block to where we want is almost impossible without causing the head out of alignment again.

We know there are screws in both the heat bed and the extruders, what we are asking for is HOW TO LEVEL THE HEAT BED AND THE DUAL EXTRUDERS.

We want to know WHAT PROCEDURE YOU GUYS USE to do it, because it has been very very difficult in our experience.

As of now, we have opted to keep the second extruder higher up than the first one, and just leveling the bed with respect to the first extruder.

If the person that does the 2 material prints with the dual extruder can tell us how he has been able to level the dual extruders with the bed, it would be great.

Do you have vernier calipers? I use it to test the height difference.

I use a Vernier Caliper all the time.

Do you guys keep both extruders at the same height? Or is one higher than the other?

If one of the extruders is even slightly higher than the other, leveling the table for both extruders is nearly impossible.

I am sure your engineers, the ones that have done the 2 material prints with the PRO C can give us a procedure to follow in order to level the bed for both extruders at the same time.
