Firmware upload timing out

Why am I having this issue.

I followed instruction for theGT2560.

I have ony extruder which is why I need to upload firmware.

and now after I tried to upload firmware, when I move my Z axis home it now goes reverse.

Hi thank you. I solved the issue. I had to connect everything in the correct slot. The first time I had extruder one in the position of extruder two.
