I have the exact same problem now. A couple weeks ago i received my replacement sanguinololu, after it was determined the z axis was shot, and then put it back together with new z axis threaded rods. I fired it up, leveled the bed, and started printing. 25minutes into the print, the green led went off, then just glowed while it was plugged into the pc. Everything else stopped. There is no voltage coming off the power supply at all. It seems this printer is plagued with problems.

You said you plug your printer into pc when it's printing? Ofcourse that will stop the printing.

It's always plugged into the usb, that's how repetier runs and sends the code.

How about printing off line by SD card?

Won't turn on at all. The power supply is dead.

No output from the power supply. Multimeter confirms it is not working.

It seems dead, if wiring is correct.
