Extruded motor not turning

My extruded motor does not turn when plugged into the extruded port on the ramps1.4 board. If I plug it into the x port it turns as expected. I have tried changing the stepsticks between the two ports and I am still seeing the same behavior. Does anybody have any ideas? If not I guess I need to talk with support to send me a new ramps board.

When you plugged extruder motor to x port, it moves. That means extruder motor is fine.
To protect extruder motor, the extruder motor can not move unless the temperture is more than 180 degrees.
