Oh, your board type is GT2560. There's no jumper cap.
Then you should check if the printing model is amplified on y direction.

Look at the picture, but please make sure all the switches under A4988 are on. The picture you show me is Z motor.
And please make sure the red wire of fan should be connected to "+", otherwise the fan will be dead.

all the switches are on and the fan is plugged in. Please see the attached gcode and photo, scale of everything is set to 1. I did try setting the Y-axis to 0.25 which brought the print close to correct size. Can you tell me how to fix this?

Please tell me the values of "X-steps/mm" "Y-steps/mm" and "Z-steps/mm" on LCD:
Control>Motion>Y-steps/mm
