Can you create a new topic to share how you upload the firmware in Linux, if you have time ?

Off course I can share some tips for Linux users ;) but it was a lot more straightforward than I thought (it all depends if the arduino board is correctly recognized as such by the linux system).
Now for your kind answers :
1. Not sure to understand what "hot bed thermistor is short" means. But yes, the first line of LCD is displaying " 358/0". You mean my thermistor is K.O ? Kaput ? Burned ?
2. Jumper caps OK, Z connector seems OK to me (I put it the same way you did, from your picture) but I think I misunderstood something previously, because I can make the Z motor work if try from 1mm or 0.1mm steps. No option shows up on the LCD for 10mm step for the Z motor.
3. The baudrate IS PRESENTLY setup as 250000, and that's exactly why I can't understand repetierhost showing that error, and won't connect to the printer. Pronterface can connect just fine at 250000, but it's throwing error about the thermistor bed.

The thermistor bed error seems so important that the whole printer behave erratically, sometimes working well enough, sometimes not working at all. But I can't be sure that's the only thing going wrong ... (LCD surely only show this err:MAXTEMP BED).

1. "Short" means, when somewhere of 2 wires connnected to themistor touch by accident, the current will not go through thermistor, so it will not work normally.
2. I think z motor is fine.
3. Maybe therimstor issue cause such an error. Please check if thermistor is short first.

1. OK, so I asked a friend to borrow his 100k thermistor, and he has to try mine. We tried everything, and his thermistor works at first try, while mine didn't work at all (neither in his printer nor mine). We checked and checked again but at this point, we're thinking my thermistor might be dead because we search thoroughly if there was somewhere 2 wires that crossed or touched without finding anything. The thermistor looks brand new and fine, but it is not working for some reason.

Damned :/ Everything's fine except for that little thingy. I will contact the customer support then.
On a more positive note, I was able to print (yeah !) joseph's 40mm fan mount without the heating bed, with PLA and some scholar glue applied to the glass in order to make the print stick (without it, there was some heavy warping). A mess to clean, but it works.
Quite fascinating to see the printer in action :)

So ... I've just received today a brand new wiring with a 100k thermistor for prusa i3 ! Connect the whole thing and ... guess what ?!
err:MAXTEMP Bed error is back. Again !
Man, am i unlucky or what ?? I carefully look into the ramps 1.4 again, please stop if I'm saying anything wrong : As I see it in the ramps 1.4 schematics, thermistors wiring is supposed to be T0, T1 or T2.
Here's some tests :
- I can get a temperature reading if I connect the extruder thermistor on T0, but I can't get anything from T1 or T2.
- I can get a temperature reading if I connect the bed thermistor on T0 but I can't get anything from T1 or T2.
Any help would be appreciated, as I'm getting a little desperate :/

Hmm ... very interesting zhangxueyou ! Thank you for your help, as always. But it looks like just as your picture. These pins are not linked together from what I can see. I guess they're not supposed to be.
I forgot to mention this : even if I disconnect the bed entirely (power and thermistor), i'm still getting the maxtemp bed error. Is it normal ? Or it is not looking good at all ?

How about turning off the printer and turning on again?
