Problem in Min Temperature and Stepping Motor

Iam a newest in 3D Printer so thatI have jusut finished to assembly 3D printer and try to turn on the power but I found the problem ,I need your advise please. The board type is sanguinololu.

1. There is the alarm "MINTEMP" on the LCD screen(I think temperature of extruder) but I think I connect thermister correctly following from the instruction.

2. When I move the each motor axis X or axis Y or axis Z by in menu move in LCD screen but the all axis X,Y,Z move together all, I cannot to move asis only X or Y or Z for check the direction in each axis.

3. The motor axis Y move to home in wrong direction.

4. I try to move motor axis E Extruder but it is nothing movement I do not know how to check the motor E movement.

I am surely that I connect the cable follow to the intruction please to advise me to correct the problem.

1.Please describe more specific: What is the first line and 4th line of LCD displaying? I think thermistor is not well connected, but I am not sure which one.
2. Please check if the connection of endstops are correct.

3. Y axis' moving direction can be changed in firmware. Do you have firmware? If not, please leave your email address, I can send you the firmware.
4. The extruder motor can not move unless the temperature of extruder is more than 180 degrees.

1. I remove and reconnect again,now it is ok.

2. I checked the connect of endstop of x , y and z ,there are correct as the following attached pictures, but the problem still remain.

3. Y axis moving in wrong direction, I do not have the firmware please send to sayanch@gmail.com and please tell me how to do.

4. Ok I will test the moving of E axis later.

I can not see any file in Arduino1.0.1. You should drag all the files of firmware into Arduino.
