There are some differences in the plastic.
May be I need more temperature?
I will check nozzle and bed temperature with thermometer.

gcode attached.

The filament material I use is ABS too. It does not mean the higher temperature the better. 240 degrees is enough for ABS.
Here is the model printed with your gcode:

In all, your settings are good, you don't have to change them so much. But I don't know why it prints extra part, which is highlighted in the picture, compared to my settings.
Please tighten X and Y belts a bit.
Did you change anything in firmware?

I measured temperature of the heat block using a thermocouple:
Set in the programm: 180 degree C.
Inside the thermistor hole in the heat block: 193
Heating element: 183-210
Angle between the heat block and the nozzle: 180

Bed, setted - 100. Measured after 20 min - 85.

The firmware is original (eeprom setting attached).
I found out that the extruder can not retract fast (">>" button).
260 nozzle degree - 5 mm/s max extrusion speed.
250 - 3 mm/s
245 - 3 mm/s
240 - 2 mm/s
Pololu driver for the extruder setted as 1.5-1.6A.

I have checked the bed flatness. Bed like a pillow, difference in the thickness - 3 sheet of paper.
How can I fix it?

Now quality of printing do not exceed even the first print. :(

I have some additions.

Nozzle temperature - 250, bed - 110, 100.
Slic3r speed setting - default as proposed by the program.
Total printing speed (feed rate) - 70%.

I have a few questions (pointed on the picture).

Now I think that it is a complex problem.
1. Curved bed (varies depending on the heating)
2. Direct drive extruder that can not extrude plastic fast.
3. My ABS plastic from local supply that have infusibility more than regular ABS plastic.
