Heating bed over heats

When I power my i3 B the bed starts heating until it reaches 120°c i power down i tried changing the temperature from the firmware and slicer nothing seems to work
BW : ramps_for_i3 installed heated bed on : D8
Please advise me

Could you tell me if the temperature raises as you turn on your printer?

Yes that's exactly what's happening to the bed as soon i turn up the printer

Please check if this parts, which are highlighted in the pictures, are short.
And confirm your hotted is connected to "+" and "-" of D8.

Are they short in size or are they touching each other (shorted circuit )
And yes the hot end connected to D8+ & -

I tried that more than five times nothing seems to stop the bed from heating rapidly
