Hi All
I just assembly 3d as following link
http://geeetech.com/wiki/index.php/Acry ... ction(8mm)
I have problem in X-Z axis problem when I assemble Z-axis top mount ( NO.A8 )
It can't rotate Z-axis ( look like it is not smooth )
I try to don't cover Z-axis top mount on them and power on .Every motor can run good.
but when cover Z-axis top mount it can't rotate .
Do you have any recommend to fix this case ?
Thank you
Theo

Re: Assemble the X-Z axis Problem
Maybe you have not tightened the couplings. Please tighten them.
Rotate the screws as shown in the pictures:

Thank zhangxueyou
I just tighten 4 of them ( 2 sides)
I look better but I still stuck when I cover X-Z and turn on motor.
I try to turn by hand , it is very hard to rotate on one side and another side can easy to rotate
Do you have any more sugguest
Thank

Hello,
j'ai eu le même problème, résolu en mettant un morceau de feuille d'aluminium autour de la tige filetée pour serrer mieux.
désolé mais je ne sais pas l'expliquer en anglais, try with Google traduction
Best regards
Dominique

Re: Assemble the X-Z axis Problem
I had to enlarge the holes in the top plate for the threaded rods as the hole is the wrong diameter for free movement.

Re: Assemble the X-Z axis Problem
Hi, begizmo
Firstly, you should make sure the assemble direction of pulley is correct. Look at the picture below:
Secondly, as you can see in the picture, the section of the shaft of the motor is not circle, there is a flat side. So you should correcly assemble it to the pulley(Look at the hole of pulley carefully). One screw on the pulley should be aligned the flat side. Tighten all the screws. Hope will help you.

Hi, Dominique
bonne chance.

Hi, szeiger
I am sorry for your wasting time on enlarging the hole. We narrow the hole to avoid the deviation formed by the rod, 99.9% of the which are eligible.
