acrylic I3 motor issues

I am using 3mm pla with a nossle temp of 200deg. I will try to adjust the step when I get home.

Hi I have followed the instruction an the Esteps setting was set to 760.00mm, when i turn this down the extruder does run, however when i connect to Repetier-host or try to send through and object to try to print these settings rest and the extruder pulses again.

I have adjusted down the estep to 100, and as i have said am using 3mm pla and 200deg celcius on the hot end. The filament now feeds into the extruder and begins to come out the nossle but sortly after it begins to extrude the motor starts to slip in the filament and if i tighten the tow screw the motor sticks and pulses, what can i do about this?

if i increase the temperature to 210 degrees the extruder will flow for a while before once again the motor either slips or the filament or the the motor skips, and on bother temperatures they filament seems to form a plug in the extruder, i.e. the end expands it will not reverse back through the feed hole in the top of the exturder, also the tip constantly oozes some PLA

So i cannot find a solution to the problems i have previously mentioned, and it seems my post is moving down the list any help would be appreciated

the video below show once the filament has been fed into the hot end, it oozes out of the nozzle, and when the printer tries to extrude the motor pulses as shown. loosening the top screw causes the gear to slide on the filament. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UX7ceE0 ... e=youtu.be

when the filament is backed out it will only retract to the top of the gear as the end has expanded and it will no longer fit back through the top feed hole.

I'm sorry that estep 100 is for 1.75mm filament, and 760 for 3mm filament which you're using, so you should adjust it down to 750 or 700.
Edit it in firmware ''Configuration.h'' and reburn it into the board, then settings will not change.

ok so even if i set the the estep back to to 700 the extruder runs initially but then the motor then jitters, the filament still forms a plug at the end of the filament that cannot be fed back through the feed hole.
