Prusa Mendel I3 need directions!

hi, I bought a Prusa Mendel I3 3d printer kit, and have had several problems. These two problems are missing parts, and missing directions.

On the Prusa Mendel I3 kit page, is a link to the directions to build the printer. Unfortunately this does not include assembly of electronics or of the extruder!

I need instructions on how to build the extruder, as well as how to connect the electronic components to my RAMBO board.

What I have done in the mean time:

Due to the lack of directions, I have attempted to complete the extruder using the instructions found for the extruder in the Mendel I2 manual, as well as some educated guesses. I believe I have assembled the extruder correctly, except I do not know how the fan is attached to it.

Furthermore, I have used help from people who have assembled the same electronics set before, however they do not know the full instructions for connecting the LED screen to the printer electronics.

When it comes to missing parts, I have already gone out and purchased most, if not all of the parts.

I have looked over the directions, and I think I have everything hooked up right with the exception of the fan. I watched geeetech's youtube video on the prusa mendel i3 and found that the fan piece seems to be pointed at the board. I was wondering where I am supposed to connect the fan to the board, considering that the cord for the fan does not have an obvious place to plug in on the RAMBO board.

You can use the dupont line connect the fan and the board.
On both sides of dupont line is the pin.

One last thing, where exactly do I connect the sd card reader if I have the led screen connected? The instructions seem to imply that you can only have one in or the other, but that doesn't seem to make sense given in the prusa I3 video both were being used at the same time.

Our firmware support LCD or SD card, want to use LCD and SD card at the same time, we have set aside pin is convenient for secondary development.

which pin set do I put the SD card reader on for both lcd and sd card reader setup?
