I didn't think there was a miracle weight loss pill, but it turns out there is! I have taken Exipure a couple of times in the last 2 years, and every time the result was. The last time I lost 3 kg on it in a little less than a month, about three weeks. These pills are a great aid in losing weight for me personally. During the diet, the constant desire to eat an extra portion of food should be suppressed with 1-2 glasses of water 10-20 minutes before eating. If you trick your brain by partially suppressing the feeling of hunger with water or non-caloric food, the reduction of portions will not be too stressful for the body. In this case, the habituation to mini-portions occurs faster, after which the feeling of hunger no longer bothers you. Appetite-reducing medications undoubtedly work more effectively, so I chose them!
