z axis destruction

Hello all

yeah title is a little over the top but my printer has decided it no longer wants to stop at the z limit switch , instead it trys its best to push through the heating bed , I've updated the firmware,replaced all the end switches, attempted to get in touch with geeetech them self to no prevail
any help is very appreciated
