Hi
I'm not quite getting the hang of this 3D printer. There seems to be two different firmware to use. GEEETECH or MERLIN
There are so many different versions of each.
WHICH one should I be running on my A20T printer?
I seem to have had problems since day 1. Waited weeks for a replacement motherboard (Z-axis would not go downwards only upwards).
Since that arrived I have been able to print quite a few single colour items. But still can't get it to print multicolour jobs.
Having said that GT did send me a G-Code file which printed very well indeed.
I think I need advice as to what firmware is better for use in the A20T and where I get it from for either.
Advice, please?
Regards
FIRMWARE - Marlin or GEEETECH?
Re: FIRMWARE - Marlin or GEEETECH?
Thanks for the reply.
Is there a .hex file for the A20T somewhere?
My knowledge and abilities in programming etc are limited now.
