Problem to print

Hello, i'm a new maker and someone give me a Geeetech I3 pro B.
I can do something with, it work but bad. i don't know how to understzand this and how to fix it.

I'm a new maker, so many things are difficult for me.

This is m'y print pb

My first thought is a part cooler would improve things.

The bed is 60°c
The nozzle is 210°C

Turn down the nozzle temp.
Print a part cooler.

Also tune the temp by printing a temperature tower, https://www.thingiverse.com/search?q=te ... t=relevant
