Heating Failed, Printer Halted

I've tried resetting, I've tried turning it on and off, I've even tried completely unplugging the extruder from everything and plugging it all back in. The nozzle does not heat, and its not a temp reader problem cause its ice cold when I touch it. Im using an A10M with stock parts all except a replacement hotend cause the last one's nozzle seized up in it and it couldnt be removed.
