Upgrading the firmware on my I3 Pro b and adding ABL!!

First post, so please go easy :-)

I want to implement auto bed leveling using one of thesehttps://9apps.ooo/



my first question is,

to upgrade to Marlin 1.1.9, can i just download it from the marlin website, substitute the example configuration.h from the Geeetech folder and upload it?

I could not find a definitive post on here with Geeetechs own 1.1.9 download.

Why 1.1.9?
I'm running 2.0.9.2 on my I3.
