How to modify A10 Esteps setting from PC

Hi,
I need to modify the Esteps setting after putting on a dual drive extruder, but I need to change it from 93.00 to around 382.00.
If I try use the knob to change, I rotate three clicks to increase the Esteps setting by 0.2, over about 2 seconds, so it would take me about an hour of know turning to reach 382.
How can I do this more easily? Can I access the printer configuration from my PC somehow?
