A10 error in Y-axis

Hello everyone,,,
I bought this printer last year and now i figured out that the prints are "out of square". I don't know how to explain the issue properly but when the printer draw in the Y-axis it doesn't make the line in the required angle. Also, the slicer doesn't match the center of the bed with the printer. I use Repetier but i tried with Slic3r and Ultimaker Cura with the same issues.
The only modification that I made in the printer was low 1mm the Z endstop because I couldn't calibrate the bed properly.
anyone know what problem can make this issue?
