I know this issue has been addressed with several posts but none of the suggestions has lead to a solution. After assembling the printer I was able to print the first couple of models without a problem. Then without changing anything, the nozzle started to clog after the first few layers of every print. here is a list of the things I have tried:
- varied the print temperature from 190 to 220 in 5° steps (PLA)
changed the filament
changed the nozzle
increased the extrusion factor
adjusted the vref on the driver
adjusted the spring tension of the extruder from very weak to full tightness
Exchanged the hotend for the V6 Ender hotend found on ebay
