Cant get constant print Results

Hello,

im totaly new to 3d printing and i have a lot of trouble to make it work. The Assably took some time but that was the easy part. First of all i spend 2 Days just to finding out that the FW on my sanguinololu didnt match the i3 at all, buildroom of 150x140x130mm or so, didnt matter anymore but i wasted a lot of time with that.

To the time i found the right FW and howi flash it on the Chip are 4 Days gone...
ATM i have 2 Diffrent Configs, my own based on this download/file.php?id=1650 and the unchanged download/file.php?id=2852

With my own Config i had better Results but very inconsistant.

From left to right: 1st Print with My Own Version V1, 2nd Print with my own Version V2 (minior changes), 3rd Print: Again V2 and the 4th Print Vanilla Geeetech FW
when anyone know what im doing wrong, please let me know.
