A10 2560 V 4.0 3D Touch dont work

Hi,

I have a problem with my A10 with a 2560 V4.0 board. I cannot find any firmware with 3D Touch support only for V3.x or for V4.1
I've tried these but it didn't work.
And I've tested with the A10T that support the V4.0 board, but it doesn't work, the 3D touch only makes the self-test pin in pin out, when I start the printer, it turns on the red LED and that's it.

Please can some one tell me which Firmware is the right for my Printer and Board are.



ps: I just got a new one that I ordered the days because I want to exclude that the first one is defective, now connected and the same as before pin goes in and out when starting and 3D touch remains red and does not accept any commands.

Hello, 4.0 motherboards need to update the following firmware:

A10T firmware (GT2560 V4.0 supports 3Dtouch-Beta)
Maybe your firmware update was wrong.
You also need to make sure that the 3dtouch is installed when the power is off, otherwise the 3dtouch will have errors.

Don't work....

1.i install the firmware

2. i turn off the printer

3- i install the 3d touch

4.I pull the plug from the end stop / testet with and without... when it is plugged the led from the endstop is red

5. i start the printer and go to menu bltouch and test it.... no response

Ok .. i heave tryed so many firmware and codes nothing work, i change the 3d touch and it dosent work i heave mesaure th pin and red has 5.05v and the white 5.05v, can I connect it directly to the motherboard, maybe something is wrong with the wiring on the hotend.

Hello there. If there is a problem with the cable, you can contact geeetech and they will replace you with new parts.

Ok i have it connected with the motherboard and the same result is nobady eabel to help me with that problem, Is it even possible that you can get it to work with a v4 motherboard.
