Leak in Cartridge Heater

Hello,
I have a big problem with my A10T.
It's my new printer (first Geeetech) recently received.
I have a leak at the Cartridge Heater.
If I'm not mistaken, there is no junction between the resistance emlacement and the filament flow hole.
From where it comes the filament ???
