A10 will not print

Hey guys,

thanks for taking time to read this, complete newbie here and looking for some assistance.
Trying to do print and have my setting all sorted and have done a Benchy and couple of testers but i am having the following issue now and cant work it out.

start up my A10 and Preheat, do a bed level check (i have the bitouch fitted) and al looks good but then the print does not actually start. The % bar moves along but the bed/z axis/extruder do not move.

I first thought it could be the file but it is doing this on all print files, i have also tried another SD card and that did not work also.

please help!

Hello, if you can't print files from SD, you can try to connect to the computer via usb to see if you can control the printer through the computer and print.
If it doesn't work, please contact geeetech via ticket and describe the malfunction of your printer. It is best to provide pictures or videos, and they will find a way to solve the problem for you.
