touch screen blank

I have an A30 and the touch screen stays blank, (no power at all). I have replaced the screen with a new one but still have the same problem. I have also replaced the drivers on the screen SD card but still nothing. I have tried to update the firmware using the Smartto uploader but the same thing. The machine starts up ok but the main fan on the power supply does not start.

Can anybody help?

Hello, if your screen is blank, you can try to connect to the computer via USB and observe whether you can control the printer and perform heating and other operations through the slicing software. If it can, then the motherboard is okay, if not, then the motherboard is faulty. After trying to update the firmware is invalid, please contact the geeetech official in the ticket, they will replace the motherboard for you.
