Serious problems printing - Model becomes a spiderweb

I am having really hard time with this printer. the main problem I am having is that the first layer prints OK, but in higher layers the model becomes a spiderweb, the model gets weak and useless. The software works OK and I could print a previous model with a reasonable quality but suddenly it became a mess and do not find a solution.

The attachments show:

1. Example of the messy model

2. Piece that I do not know what it is for but I passed the plastic through it (this piece was attached to the printer structure with a little metal ball, but the part that holds the metal ball broke and now the piece is just hanging from the plastic)

3. The horizontal bar sometimes gets stuck and do not goes up freely and I do not know why. This sometimes happens while printing, smashing the model

Is it possible to fix the printer? It is urgent. Also I would appreciate if you can provide videos to learn how to use the printer and solve problems like the ones I am having.

I am using printer: Geeetech A10, Material: PLA, extruder: 0.2, bed temp: 50, extruder temp: 200, OS: Windows, Software: Repetier Host, Slicer: Slic3r.

Thank you for your advice. I printed the sample using Ultimaker Cura and it worked great. I configured the software as recommended in the video and tried to print my model but I am still having issues. For some reason the printer shifts as it moves to higher layers. The picture attached shows the failed printing. What am I doing wrong?

Also, should I replace the broken piece I mentioned in my previous message? Is it needed or I should just remove it? What is the name and purpose of that piece?

Hello, the picture on your picture is a material break detection device. If you don't need it, just remove it directly, and then turn off this function on the printer's screen to avoid errors.
Now that you can successfully print out the test model, it means that the printer is okay. It's just a problem with your settings. If you don't know how to set the slice profile, you just need to use the Cura default profile directly, or you can find the printer in Cura. Set, search for geeetech, select A10, there is a default configuration file provided by Cura.
Regarding the problem of the Z-axis stuck, you can remove the shaft and observe whether it is a problem with the shaft or the motor shaft. If there is a hardware problem, please contact geeetech through the ticket and they will replace the parts for you.
