3D printer Z axis Moves 10 times farther, 100 mm instead of 10 mm

After measuring with a caliper, My Z axis seems to move 10 times farther than specified, no matter what slicer I use. I tried reflashing the Marlin firmware and shifting the potentiometer on the z-axis motor driver but I still can't seem to fix this. I haven't been able to get anything properly printed!

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same issue... 6mm Z travel instead of 1 mm !!!!

Hello, please check the step value of the z-axis, it may be too large and can be adjusted.
